Kristin is an absolute life-saver. I went from barely being able to move in the mornings to feeling the way I did when I was in my 20s! This was my first time in physio so I was a little nervous, but Kristin is so warm, welcoming and non-judgmental. I felt comfortable with her immediately.
The thing I appreciate the most about her practice is that she creates exercise programs that are doable and sustainable, and that you actually feel like you’ll have time to complete without feeling overwhelmed. I have ADHD, so making new exercise routines is very difficult for me, but Kristin’s approach meant that I could start very small and focus on just getting the exercises done before moving on to more advanced routines.
