I have had a lot of good physio-therapists over the years, taking care of an old athlete’s body: hips, knees, back, shoulders – you name it. Kristin is the best. She listens attentively, hones in on specific areas, and designs a customized exercise program that works. Her follow up sessions are equally attentive as she adjusts the program for increased strength and mobility. She is the real deal and I am thankful.
